We don’t always respond positively and productively to change. During times of change, a common reaction is to default to a mode of self-protection which makes it difficult to use our problem-solving skills to best meet the challenges and opportunities of changing circumstances and expectations.

Adaptive change management provides techniques for productive and positive responses to change and maximizes the resilience of individuals, teams, and organizations.

We’ll discuss establishing trust within teams and the organization, managing assumptions about other staff members, and what to do and how to ask for information when sudden change occurs.
